<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk to a photodiode(PD) due to variation in voltage applied to a light emitting diode(LED) by generating a signal which is inverted as the applied voltage varies for the driving circuit of the LED and transmitting it to a signal line extending along the driving line of the light emitting diode. SOLUTION: The driving circuit 10 of the light emitting diode is provided with an inverted signal circuit LS which generates the signal inverted as the voltage applied to the light emitting diode varies and the signal line Ls which extends along the driving line of the light emitting diode is arranged; and a signal including a component of the inverted signal obtained by the inverted signal circuit is transmitted to the signal line, thereby canceling the influence of variation in voltage applied to the light emitting diode on the photodiode.</p> |
