PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble both on the side of an entrepreneur for providing services or the like on the condition of identity authentication and on the side of a user to receive these services. SOLUTION: It is judged whether the service selected by the user is 'news' (step SB3) and in the case it is 'news', a password input screen is outputted (step SB4). That is, when the service selected by the user is 'news' and a password matches the registered pass word, the service can be received. When the service selected by this user is 'shopping' as a result of judgement in the step SB3, a fingerprint data input screen is outputted (step SB16). That is, when the service selected by the user is 'shopping', it is necessarily accompanied with the payment of money, and hence the service cannot be received unless fingerprint data match the registered fingerprint data. |
