PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte and a nonaqueous electrolyte cell containing the same that has good heat stability and contains compound for reducing the amount of free acid just after adding. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte including electrolyte contains organic silicon compound having Si-H bond.
