PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in the answer to an inquiry, to simplify operation on the inquiry side, to reduce a transmitting data amount and to attain improvement in versatility. SOLUTION: Retrieval, registration and answer to the inquiry information of Web page reference or electronic mail from a terminal (miniaturized general computer 15 or portable terminal 17/data terminal 17a) are performed to an internet working device 16 provided with an inquiry data base 23. In the internet working device 16, an automatic inquiry registration system 21 retrieves the inquiry information of this time from the terminal concerning all stored inquiry sentences in the past and registers the inquiry information of this time. Besides, a full sentence retrieval system automatically answers the retrieved information with the Web page reference or electronic mail to the terminal and further, the retrieved answer is registered in the inquiry data base 23 as an inquiry history.
