PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice reproduction data output device which can give information regarding feelings to a voice signal only by easily selecting the feelings that a user intends. SOLUTION: Desirable feelings to be given to the voice signal to be inputted from a voice data input part 1 are selected through a feeling input part 2 and supplied to a music selection part 4, which selects a background music signal corresponding to the feelings from a feeling and music database 3 and supplies the selected background music signal to a voice and music reproduction data output part 5. The voice and music reproduction data output part 5, once receiving the background music signal from the music selection part 4, generates reproduction data by putting the background music signal and voice signal inputted from the voice data input part 1 one over the other and outputs the reproduction data.
