PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stage device for an optical device with which optical axis alignment may be easily and exactly carried out and the optical device having this stage device. SOLUTION: The stage device 10 which is mounted on a microscope 1 as the optical device for capturing the irradiation light from an external light source and is used for executing the optical axis alignment has a base 11 which is a position reference, a pair of fulcra 12a and 12b which are arranged with a first plane inclusive of the reference optical axis of the optical system and the optical axis of the irradiation light on a first intersection line intersecting with the base 11 and a pair of fulcra 12c and 12d which are arranged with a second plane being the plane inclusive of the reference optical axis and intersecting orthogonally with the first plane on a second intersection line intersecting with the base 11. All of the fulcra 12a to 12d are formed as turning fulcra following up the turning of the base and at least one among the fulcra 12a to 12d is formed as an operation fulcrum for vertically moving the base 11.
