<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament device which does not generate a position shift of a filament tip in use, compared with a prior art. SOLUTION: A distortion of a tungsten wire 3 by a heat generated in use of the filament device is prevented by forming the tungsten wire 3 into a V-form folded only at a point of its center portion of it, forming a folding portion B folded to a mutually approached direction from a parallel portion P penetrating an insulator 1 on a end side of a pair of pins 2a, 2b fixing both ends, and fixing both ends of the tungsten wire 3 to the folding portion B by welding to facilitate a folding of the tungsten wire 3 in the same plane and reduce a possibility for a distortion stress or the like caused by a heat on welding to remain in the tungsten wire 3.</p> |
