PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more freely design a system for realizing efficient and highly reliable information transmission. SOLUTION: A transmission station 1 transmits an information signal string INF1 and a first inspection signal string CHK1 generated in a first communication path encoder 11 and the transmission station 2 transmits the information signal string INF1 and a second inspection signal string CHK2 generated from a signal string for which the INF1 is interleaved in an interleave device 21 in a second communication path encoder 22. A reception station receives the information signal string INF including the information signal string INF1 and the inspection signal string CHK including CHK1 and CHK2 transmitted from the transmission stations 1 and 2. A first communication path decoder 51 inputs INF and signals for which the component of CHK2 is subtracted from CHK and performs a decoding processing and a second communication path decoder 52 inputs INF and the signals for which the component of CHK1 is subtracted from CHK and performs the decoding processing. The decoding processings of the communication path decoders 51 and 52 are repeatedly executed.
