<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human-machine interface device for controlling air traffic, which is capable of controlling the traffic of an aircraft speedily and surely in concentration on air traffic control itself. SOLUTION: The human-machine interface device for controlling air traffic is provided with a an intelligent mouse 4 having a wheel 4B and a button 4C, a display device 1 provided with a first window 1-1 showing an aircraft position display part, a second window 1-2 for showing an aircraft order display part, a third window 1-3 for showing an aircraft information display part and a fourth window 1-4 for showing an air traffic control instruction message preparation display part, an air traffic control instruction input device 3 for inputting data for air traffic control instruction, and a control device 2 connected to the mouse 4, the device 1 and the device 3 to control them integrally. Thus, a cursor is moved at a moment between the windows 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and 1-4 by the control device 2 by operating the wheel 4B of the mouse 4.</p> |
