PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torch for heating plasma that can prolong the lifetime by preventing deterioration of heat transferring between cooling water and electrodes which may be generated as oxidation of electrode base material (copper) are attached to inner surface of a cooling water passage, in electrode of a torch for heating plasma. SOLUTION: In a torch for heating plasma of which a leading end is cooled by water, an inner surface of cooling water passage is plated. Further, a plating material is preferably nickel or nickel alloy. |
