PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve significantly catalytic efficiency of a positive electrode in a fuel cell. SOLUTION: In a method of fabricating an electrode for use in a fuel cell, cations containing catalyst metal elements are adsorbed onto a cation exchange resin of a mixture containing the cation exchange resin and carbon particles, by ion exchange reaction of counter-ions of the cation exchange resin with the catalyst metal element-containing cations. then, the cations are reduced with hydrogen-containing pressurized gas. |
