PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacture cost of a permanent magnet system of motor and also, simplify the manufacture process. SOLUTION: The rotor 12 of a permanent magnet system of motor 10 is equipped with a plurality of salient poles 14... projecting from on the peripheral face, and a permanent magnet 15 is mounted in such a way that it is caught between adjacent salient poles 14 and 14. The salient pole 14 is provided with two claws 16 and 16 projecting outward in peripheral direction from the periphery. This motor is equipped with plate-shaped resin material 17 which is irreversibly expandable, between the inside peripheral face 15B of a permanent magnet 15 and a seat face 14A made between the adjacent salient poles 14 and 14. The resin material 17 has adhesive property, and it bonds and fixes the inside peripheral face 15B of the permanent magnet 15 and the seat face 14A, and also presses the permanent magnet 15 toward the peripheral side and presses and fixes the peripheral face 15A of the permanent magnet 15 against the claw 16 of the salient pole 14.
