PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear editing device that can apply rendering to audio data in real time. SOLUTION: A video read means 32 reads video data by a prescribed display time from a video recording unit 4 and stores the data to an output video queue buffer 36. An audio read means 33 reads audio data of a prescribed size from an audio recording unit 5 and stores the data to an output audio queue buffer 31. An output means 30 applies rendering to audio data of a plurality of channels in the output audio queue buffer 31 to fuse the video data in the output video queue buffer 36 by a prescribed display time and the audio data corresponding to the video data by the prescribed display time and to output the resulting data to an external device.
