PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interruption processing circuit for re-assigning priority orders to interrupting inputs according to the sequence of interruption requests and the priority orders when the interruption requests are issued from the plural interrupting inputs having the equivalent priority orders. SOLUTION: Priority order are re-assigned to plural interrupting inputs based on the values of an IRR register for storing interruption requests from plural interrupting inputs each time interruption processing which is being processed at present is ended, an ISR register for storing the interrupting inputs corresponding to the interruption processing which is being processed at present, and an ILR register for storing the value of the IRR register when the interruption processing is started. Then, the interruption request from the interrupting input whose priority order is the highest to be next processed decided.
