摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration distribution measuring apparatus capable of measuring the vibration distribution over the entire vibrator. SOLUTION: A plurality of row-like sensors 26 composed of laminated polymer piezoelectric components 23 having Fourier series shapes are pasted to a plurality of flat plates 25, the polymer piezoelectric components 23 detect the strains due to vibration of the flat plates 25, the detected information is outputted to a charge amplifier 27 to amplify it, and amplified signals are twice integrated and added by an arithmetic unit 28 to obtain the vibration displacement distribution of a row of the pasted row-like sensors 26. When a plurality of row-like sensors 26 are pasted like a flat plate, the vibration distribution over the entire construction 25 can be calculated and plotted by a plotter 29. According to this constitution, the vibration distribution in a transient state can be observed in addition to that in the stationary state.
