PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Pb-free, silver-based conductive coating materials that can be calcined at low temperature. SOLUTION: Disclosed herein are low temperature-calcining coating materials, which comprise silver powders having boric acids and bismuth oxide as a glass component, and a glass frit consisting of an organic vehicle. In such coating materials, the weight ratio of boric acid to bismuth oxide is in the range of 85:15 to 60:40, and the weight ratio of the silver powder to the glass frit is in the range of 98:2 to 90:10.
