PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a photoelectric converting circuit which can output an output level matching the threshold level of a trailing-stage circuit through external adjustment. SOLUTION: This circuit is composed of a load resistor RL1 which has one end grounded, a photodiode PD which has its cathode connected to the other end of the load resistor RL1 and its anode connected to a bias terminal 1, and Rpd which is connected to the photodiode PD in parallel; and an output terminal 2 is connected to the cathode of the photodiode PD and a negative potential is applied to the bias terminal 1.
