PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing and assembling of a noise filter for large current, so that stable uniform products is supplied by making the front end sides of the lead-out lead sections of spectacles-type coil windings usable as outside connecting terminal sections by forming the front end sides by twisting the sections by 90 deg.. SOLUTION: This noise filter has a choke coil, which is formed by attaching a coil winding 50 in which two winding sections 61 and 62, each of which is formed by cylindrically winding a flat wire in the same direction in a state, where the wire is laminated in the thickness direction, are formed through a connecting section to a split type closed magnetic circuit core 70. Magnetic fluxes which are generated from the two winding sections 61 and 62 of the winding 50 and circularly flow through the core 70 flow in the direction, in which the magnetic fluxes strengthen each other and the lead-out lead sections of the winding sections 61 and 62 are positioned on the same side of the sections 61 and 62 in the axial direction. In addition, the front end side sections of the lead sections respectively constitute outside connecting terminal sections 64a and 65a having 90 deg. twisted surfaces and the sections 64a and 65a are led out to an insulating terminal block 40.
