PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC stabilized power supply which can be driven by the minimum operation voltage of a reference voltage generation circuit and which is provided with a low current-consumption function when the power supply is in an off state. SOLUTION: The DC stabilized power supply for switching an input DC power supply VI by a power transistor(TR) 3 on the basis of the difference between reference voltage Vref supplied from a reference voltage generation circuit 7 and detected output voltage Vdet and outputting prescribed output voltage VO is provided with an ON/OFF circuit 5 for controlling the ON/OFF of the circuit 7, and both circuits 5, 7 are constituted so that the operation voltage of the whole DC stabilized power supply is made equal to the minimum operation voltage of the circuit 7.
