PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which prevents the damage by the physical effect that an organic photoreceptor receives, achieves an improvement in the overall durability of the photoreceptor and has high durability and a transfer paper separation method. SOLUTION: The surface layer of the organic photoreceptor of the image forming device having the organic photoreceptor, a developing means for forming a toner image on the surface of the organic photoreceptor, a transfer means for transferring the toner image to transfer paper and a separating pawl for separating the transfer paper from the organic photoreceptor contains a siloxane based resin having a crosslinked structure and the separating pawl described above consists of an amide based resin of a quadrangular pyramid shape. |
