发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATING ORGANIC METTER IN COMPOSITE GALVANIZED FILM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the acting effect of organic matter by measuring the present amount, molecular weight distribution and adsorption capacity of the organic matter in a plated film. SOLUTION: Organic matter is evaluated by using one method or more than two methods among (1) a combustion method for burning a plated film to measure an amount of carbon, (2) a phenol sulfate method for dissolving the plated film in sulfuric acid to measure the amount of constituent sugar of organic matter, (3) a GPC method for dissolving the plated film in sulfuric acid and adding a sodium carbonate solution to the resulting to centrifugally separate a metal component and measuring the molecular weight distribution of organic matters by GPC measurement and (4) an adsorption voltammetry method for dissolving the plated film in sulfuric acid to measure the adsorbing capacity of the organic matters. When the organic matter is dextrin, more than two methods including at least the GPC method may be used.
