PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of defective products due to diagonal fracture in a display assembling step using a color filter for a flat panel display. SOLUTION: Cutting marks 1 having such shapes as to leave a gap through which a scribing line 2 passes in cutting between the opposite marks are formed on the substrate of a color filter and scribing is carried out using the cutting marks 1 as targets. |
