PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can cope with a change in battery size or the like in a free manner. SOLUTION: Plural cylindrical batteries arranged in two rows are inserted into two paper tubes 1b. Then, both ends of the batteries are covered with a terminal cover 2 molded of a resin and a battery cover 3 molded of a resin, and fixed with a heat-shrinkable tube 5 in such a manner that the tube 5 surrounds the terminal cover 2 and the battery cover 3. This enables the batteries to be changed in number in a simple manner, and to be developed in various sized and capacities. Further, as both ends of the batteries are covered with the resin cases, a mechanical strength can be insured.
