PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic data displaying and processing system which transmits data on roadside equipment to on-vehicle equipment by radio and allows the side of the on-vehicle equipment to visualize this data. SOLUTION: The roadside equipment is provided with a radio communication function, and a radio road sign 1, a radio signal equipment 2, a radio warning and advertising panel 3, etc., are constituted. By communicating data by radio between these sign 1, equipment 2, panel 3 and the on-vehicle equipment 5, data similar to contents displayed by the sign 1, the equipment 2, the panel 3, etc., is displayed on the multi-display 7 for the equipment 5 to inform a driver of the data.
