PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller for hot water supply apparatus in which operating method of a switch can be understood readily even when a user uses the remote controller for the first time and the user can be awakened with voice in case of danger even if voice is set in silent state. SOLUTION: At step S1, a decision is made whether the operating switch of a bathroom remote controller is operated or not. If it is operated, control advances to step S2 where a decision is made whether the operating switch of a bathroom remote is accepted or not. If it is accepted, control advances to step S3 where an informing information selecting means informs informing information A. If it is not accepted, control advances to step S4 where the informing information selecting means informs informing information A'.
