PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler facility having an incinerator and its control method, which supplies more stabilized steam to an electric power facility, a combined cycle or the like to obtain stabilized output. SOLUTION: A boiler facility and its control method comprises a system in which superheated steam is generated by the heat possessed by an exhaust gas generated from an incinerator 1, the conditions of the superheated steam are detected, and the combustion conditions of the incinerator 1 are controlled on the basis of the detection results, whereby the output conditions of the superheated steam become controllable. In such a system, detection of the conditions of the superheated steam is conducted right after the superheated steam is generated.
