PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high quality coil parts, used for various electronic devices which can reduce leakage of magnetic flux and which does not cause a magnetic saturation, even if a current applied to a winding is increased to a large quantity of current. SOLUTION: An E-shaped dust core comprising a gap part as a magnetic gap in a central leg part is inserted in the upper position of a winding 1, having a through-hole in the vertical direction as a first split core 2 and an I-shaped Ni base core is inserted in the lower position of the winding 1 as a second split core 3 and then these are combined.
