PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground terminal plate that reduces an amount of material by improving yield of the material and that prevents bending of the ground terminal. SOLUTION: This ground terminal plate comprises a wire-connecting plane 1 made of a conductive plate having elasticity, and grounding pieces 2 having a leading end directed to a roll pressing direction as the wire-connecting plane 1 is extruded in a hook shape to a direction crossing a roll pressing direction A of the material. The grounding pieces 2 are bent outwardly from the direction across a roll pressing direction A of the material at a connected portion 3 of the grounding pieces 2 and the wire-connecting plane 1.
