PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement means in vehicle rooms and the advertisement means which does not impair the comfortable dwellability particularly in the vehicle rooms relating to its device. SOLUTION: A freely attachable and detachable advertisement is put up within the storage space of an exposed movable desk plate disposed at a support for the back of a seat on the side facing a seating person is set (tilted) to a use state, by which the exposure of the advertisement in a normal state into the vehicle room is prevented and the disturbance of the interior atmosphere in the vehicle room is averted.
