PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preliminarily obtain and store the other information of the link destination which is highly likely to be requested by a user terminal, and to quickly transmit the other information to the user terminal in response to a request for the presentation of the other information of the link destination from the user terminal. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a communicating part for transmitting and receiving information through a network, an information obtaining part for obtaining information from an information offering server connected with the network in response to a request for the presentation of information from a user terminal connected with the network, an information storing part for storing the obtained information, a link information extracting part for extracting from the obtained information the link information of the other information linking with the obtained information, an other information acquisition priority deciding part for recognizing character information related with the extracted link information and deciding the priority of the acquisition of the other information from the character information, a dead area detecting part for detecting the dead area of the information storing part, and an other information acquisition range deciding part for deciding the acquisition range of the other information according to the dead area of the information storing part and the acquisition priority of the other information.
