PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette type sealing apparatus and a manufacturing method for the same that allows easy manufacturing and assembling at low costs, of which the internal and external frames are assembled by a continuously formed single member. SOLUTION: This apparatus is for a shaft (13) extended through the apparatus, which rotates around a ceased shaft or against a sealing where the shaft is ceased. The sealing seals a room that contains a medium and prevents a penetration of a moisture, dust and soil particle. The apparatus also contains a sealing element (2 and 4) that is surrounded by an internal frame or an external frame (8b). The frame (8b) comprises a first edge part (10) extended to a lateral direction having a reformed bottom face for holding the sealing element (2 and 4) and a second edge part (11) that is formed by being bent to a radial external or internal direction for forming an internal or external side (9b) of a cylinder and plenty of tongue-shaped parts (15) that are freely overhung. |
