PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent evaluation information transfer neck to a debugger device for analyzing evaluation information from an operating device including a target S/W and a device, and to reduce the number of operating devices necessary for the partial evaluation of the target and the evaluation preparation man-hours of revision resources to be shared. SOLUTION: This debug and evaluating device is provided with an operating device 200 having software 253 and a device 254 to be debugged and evaluated for operating them, plural debugger devices 100...160 for transmitting an operation condition including the test operation condition of the object to be debugged and evaluated to the operating device 200, and for receiving and analyzing evaluation information being the executed results of the target S/W 253 and device 254 from the operating device 200, and a multi-address communicating means 300 for connecting the operating device through communication with the plural debugger devices.
