PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment for maintaining an entire shape compactly or thinly even if a built-in control circuit becomes complex. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1, namely electronic equipment, is provided with a control substrate 4 having wiring 12 and a case 3 for accommodating the control substrate 4. The case 3 is provided with a step part 47 for positioning the control substrate 4, and wiring 46 with a terminal part 46a at the step part 47. The wiring 12 of the control substrate 4 is provided with terminal parts 15a, 15b, 15c, and 15d at locations corresponding to the step part 47 of the case 3. For assembling the cellular phone 1, the control substrate 4 is fitted to the step part 47 of the case 3, thus automatically connecting the wiring 12 of the control substrate 4 and the wiring 46 of the case 3 via terminal parts 15a-15d and 46a, and hence configuring one control circuit with wiring and electronic parts being connected to each of the control substrate 4 and the case 3.
