PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system, that enforces dispatching of an IP datagram sent from a source port on a plurality of servers 503, according to a defined policy in the Internet/intra-net which includes a plurality of the servers 503 and at least one client 501. SOLUTION: Whether a source device of an arriving IP datagram is a client 501 or the server 503 is decided. When the source device is the client 501, a 1st table 612 is used to search a server address and a server port according to each connection 613 identified by a client address 310, a client port 312 of an IP datagram 301, a destination address 616, and a destination port 617. If the server address differs from the destination address or the server port differs from the destination port, the destination address and the server address are replaced by server ports, and the IP datagram is transmitted via the IP.
