PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent electrophotographic toners with which an electrostatic charge quantity may be stably maintained even under the environment having a humidity fluctuation. SOLUTION: A polyester resin of the electrophotographic toners consisting of a master batch composed of at least organic coloring agents and the polyester resin and a binder resin has an acid value of <=3 mgKOH/g.
