<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid unreasonable superimposing use of a power source and wasteful power consumption and to reliably execute blur control and image processing in a photographing device, having a function for correcting the blurring of an image. SOLUTION: A blur detecting means 8 detects the blur quantity of a device, and a blur correcting means corrects the position of a photographing optical system lens, according to the blur quantity, to execute blur control. Furthermore, an image detecting circuit 12 detects a photographing imaged by using a photoelectric converter 13 such as a CCD, the detected image is processed by an image processing circuit 14. A recording and reproducing circuit 15 records it in a recording medium 16 and reads the picture recorded in the medium 16, and an image display circuit 18 displays it on a display means 19. Here, a control means 1 controls the driving of the respective means lest a power source 23, which is to be used in common by the respective means is superimposed and used forcedly.</p> |
