PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacture which is capable of cost effectively executing small-volume production of many kinds of image forming device members in manufacture of the image forming device members consisting of polyurethane foam members and another members. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the image forming device members consisting of the polyurethane foam members and another members comprises casting the polyurethane raw material previously foamed into forms having a size for one component of the polyurethane foam members and progressing a curing reaction, thereby manufacturing the polyurethane foam members.
