SOLUTION: In the method, a pass is arranged so as to allow a sealing fluid to leak to the whole area L0 of the depth direction of a ring groove 81 in a slidable contact surface from the side of the sealing fluid O towards a sidewall face 81a of the ring groove 81 when a first cut end part 4 and a second cut end part are mated. |
