PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can manufacture magnetic fluid by suction treatment of only one step, where only surfactant difficult to be dissolved in water is sucked, without using water-soluble surfactant. SOLUTION: Water-based emulsion of magnetic fine particles and organic solvent solution of surfactant which is difficult to be dissolved in water are subjected to ultrasonic irradiation treatment, and the surfactant is sucked by the magnetic fine particles. After that, the particles are dispersed in base oil, and the magnetic fluid is manufactured. |
