PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for image converting processing. SOLUTION: Concerning the device and the method for image conversion processing and the information recording medium, the image conversion processor for displaying a converted image after geometrical conversion by applying the geometrical conversion to an original image is provided with a storage means 3 for dividing the original image into blocks composed of plural pixels, previously reading and storing the pixel data of an area, which includes these blocks, and a converting processing means 5 for performing geometrical conversion while drawing the pixel data out of the storage means 3. |
