<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To count the number of components mounted on a printed-circuit board by every mounter, to record a counted value in every reel, and to calculate the number of failures simply based on the number of mounted components and based on the counted value regarding a component mounting apparatus, by which the components are mounted on the printed-circuit board and regarding a recording medium. SOLUTION: The component mounting apparatus is constituted by providing the reel to which the components to be mounted on the printed-circuit board are attached in the prescribed number. The mounting apparatus is constituted by providing the mounter by which the components in the designated number are taken out from the reel, so as to be mounted in corresponding positions on the printed-circuit board. The mounting apparatus is constituted by providing a sensor which counts the number of printed-circuit boards to which the components are attached by the mounter. The mounting apparatus is constituted by providing a means which calculates the number of failures on the basis of the number of printed-circuit boards whose mounting operation of components is completed in every reel by the sensor, and on the basis of the total number of components attached to the reel.</p> |
