PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical observation managing system, with which updating of medical image data can be reported to a user when these data are updated. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a medical image data acquiring means for acquiring the medical image data, an image data storage means for storing the acquired medical image data, an observation data managing means for preparing and managing observation data with respect to the acquired medical image data, and a user reporting means for reporting the change of the medical image data stored in the image data storage means to the user when these data are changed.
