PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processors to be used to the minimum, and to easily operate debug or the like by process units. SOLUTION: At the time of assigning four processes #0-#3 for completing a job to mutually different CPU (not shown in a figure), and executing the processes, a reception message to be communicated by a certain process with another process is stored for each process (codes A-D in a figure 1(a)). Then, at the time of assigning a certain process (process #2) to be debugged to the CPU (not shown in a figure), and executing it, the process is executed by using the reception message stored corresponding to the process #2. Therefore, it is possible to execute only the process #2 to be debugged even when no executing any other process other than the process #2.
