PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material with improved thermal conductivity for achieving smooth thermal conductivity by improving heat transfer performance in a specific direction while being provided with flexibility that is specific to rubber and for preventing interference for an object or space to be in contact. SOLUTION: Carbon fiber 10 with specific length is arranged at a rubber base, at the same time each end part of the carbon fiber 10 is formed so that it is exposed to a surface part in contact with objects 21 and 22, thus efficiently transferring heat through a carbon fiber 10 that is penetrated in a specific direction in a rubber material when the temperatures of the two objects 21 and 22 differ each other, and securely transferring heat from one object 21 that adheres to the surface to the other object 22 through the rubber material.
