PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the size increase of a reactor of a type where coils are connected to both AC lines by eliminating the restriction on the winding width of each coil and to make a coil bobbin of the reactor usable for general purpose, in such a way that the bottom can be used for one-line reactors, and then, to simplify the constitution of the reactor and to facilitate assembling of the reactor. SOLUTION: In this reactor, which is constituted by uniting two coil bobbins 1 and 2 respectively wound with coils C in one body and assembling a pair of cores 16 positioned on the outsides of flanges 5 and 6 with the bobbins 1 and 2, insulating materials 17, which are positioned on the outsides of the flanges 5 and 6 are respectively provided in the bottom sections between both legs 16a of each core 16 and an insulating board 11, is arranged between the coils C wound around the bobbins 1 and 2.
