PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch apparatus that can make flexibility large at the time of design while significantly reducing the cost of production of a supporting plate without requiring a metal mold used in pressing. SOLUTION: In a guide member 10 for guide-supporting the up and down movement of a key top 9, it separately forms an engagement member 6 which comprises a rotating-moving engagement part 7 for rotation-moveably engaging a rotating-moving axis 18 formed into a lower end of a first link 14 and a slide engaging part 8 for slidably engaging a slide axis 20 formed into a lower end of a second link 15. It is adhered and arranged on a supporting plate 2 by adhesive material.
