PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for processing information and an arithmetic unit, with which a system can be efficiently operated, concerning the device and the method for processing information and the arithmetic unit for performing transaction retry. SOLUTION: Excessively retrying of an address transaction is detected, and with this detection issue of the other address transaction is suppressed.
