PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of enhancing the reliability regarding a data processing, a data processing method and a computer-readable recording medium on which a data processing program is stored. SOLUTION: A printer 30 as the data processor is provided with first to sixth HDDs 41 to 46, a control part 36 to duplicate data inputted via a network 11 and to store them in each of the first to sixth HDD and a printer engine 35 to print the data. The control part judges that each HDD to be included in a group with the largest number of HDDs normally stores the data among groups of HDDs with the same stored data. And, the data which are stored in an HDD judged by the control part as normally storing the data is printed.
