PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to efficiency utilize it with respect to the distribution of information related to medical care or attendance. SOLUTION: This medical data managing system is provided with server devices 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 installed away from medical institutions for managing medical data and a network for connecting these server devices with plural medical institutions and each of server devices is accessed from the plural medial institutions through the network and manages the medical data of the plural medical institution in a common data format.
