PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a menu display device to enable a user to freely set items to be displayed on a menu, a recording medium on which a menu display program is recorded and a scientific electronic calculator. SOLUTION: This menu display device is provided with a display part 4 to display the menu consisting of plural items, a menu table 21 to store display data of the menu, a flag table 31 corresponding to the menu table 21 and to set a flag to indicate whether the items are displayed or not and a CPU 11 to read applicable display data from the menu table 21 based on the flag of the flag table 31 and to display it on the display part 4.
